The Mozota Family Session in Denver, Colorado. This is the 2nd post in a row where I'm mentioning a location in the title for SEO reasons. I hope nobody minds.

When Alix asked me if I was ever in Denver she didn't realize I had plans already in place to visit just weeks later.  She didn't hold back the excitement when she found out I was going to be there that soon.  We both started jumping up and down with arms flailing screaming oh my God!  oh my God! Ok, that didn't happen.  Well, to be fair, I'm not sure what she did when she found out.

The trip came around and we were blessed with a beautiful day.  And I was blessed with a beautiful family.  Seriously, look at them.  Freakin adorable.  I don't get to photograph many families.  Perhaps my vision and style doesn't suit many.  I'd like for that to change.  It worked for the Mozota family, though, and you can tell by the images.  They had a blast and were comfortable together.  As a photographer, I understand how hard it is to be both in front, and behind the lens.  Alix is a photographer as well so she understands it too.  But these guys made my life easy.  All I had to do was document their time with me.
